Your lifestyle plays a major role in how you lose weight. These could be the reason you are not losing weight despite following all of the diet and fitness recommendations.

Always read the labels on any food that you purchase. You should keep track of how many calories, carbs, and protein you are consuming. Many times, companies that claim to be healthy can trick you into purchasing unhealthy products. To improve the taste of 'low fat' foods, they often contain extra sugar. It is not a good idea to buy food items without checking the labels.

Repeating the same exercise over and over will get your body used to it and result in fewer calories. Varietate your workouts so you can work different areas of your body at different intensities and get that extra body fat burning.

Although they are often overlooked, drinks can make a big difference in your diet. Be aware of what you are drinking and how much.
